Role at Snoika

At Snoika, Artem runs operations and product. That puts him between what the platform does and how the Snoika team delivers it. As Head of Product, he decides what the platform should do and the order in which it gets built. As Chief Operating Officer, he runs the day-to-day work behind it.

He works with Jevgenia Pogadajeva, Snoika's CFO. He also works with Snoika's founder Anton Vedeshin on product direction. On growth, he works with Head of Growth Denys Suliatytskyi. When Artem writes about product choices or delivery, he's describing decisions he is responsible for.

Education

Artem holds an Executive MBA from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School and a master's degree in computer science from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. The computer science degree came first and gave him the technical base for a career in software. The Executive MBA added training in management and strategy, which is the side of the job a product leader handles once a team grows past a few people.

His combined training helps him read a technical system and judge whether it makes business sense.

Career

Artem has spent around 30 years in software, and the work has moved from technical roles into product leadership. The dates and employers below come from his public professional profile.

Head of Product since 2021

He has been Head of Product at 3D Control Systems (3DPrinterOS) since 2021. In that role, he sets product priorities for a software company and turns customer needs into features a development team can build. That's the same kind of work he does at Snoika, applied to a different market.

Earlier digital product roles

Before 2021, Artem was Chief of Digital Products at Advanter Group and Senior Product Manager at SellBe. Earlier still, he co-founded a medical creative-solutions company and was its technical director. He has experienced product work as a system builder and manager, with a company owner's perspective.

What Artem writes about

On snoika.com, Artem writes about how products and operations work in search and AI visibility. His articles stay close to his own areas of expertise:

Product managementHow to decide what a platform should do and what to cut. How to test whether a feature solves the problem it was built for.
OperationsHow to set up the daily work behind a service so results stay consistent as volume grows.
Content operationsHow to plan content and move it through review to publication without bottlenecks.
Business analysisHow to turn a vague business goal into requirements that a team can act on.
Agile deliveryHow to ship work in short cycles and adjust the plan based on what each cycle teaches.

Why his articles are reliable

Artem's articles hold up because he writes about work he does himself. His background in AI search comes from product and operations. He leads the product and runs the operations of a platform that tracks how brands show up in Google and in AI assistants. And he brings decades of experience building software and analyzing business processes to that work.

Look at whether an article describes a process he runs himself, and whether its advice matches the roles listed above. You can confirm both against the Artem Lozinsky LinkedIn profile, which lists each employer and the dates.
