Snoika's founder

As Snoika's founder, Anton sets the direction for our platform and shapes what the product becomes. Snoika is an SEO platform from Tallinn that also supports GEO and AEO. Anton's job is to decide where the product goes as AI assistants change how people find information. He explained that thinking in a Startup Reporter interview, published on 1 September 2026.

Anton is part of the Snoika team. He works with CFO Jevgenia Pogadajeva on the company's direction. On product, he works with Artem Lozinsky, who leads operations and product. He also works with Head of Growth Denys Suliatytskyi.

Education

Anton earned his PhD in computer science at TalTech, with a focus on cloud computing and cybersecurity. He also taught Cloud Computing and Data Security at the university, so he has explained these subjects to students as well as researched them. He wrote his first code at 11, and by tenth grade he ranked among Estonia's top ten programming competitors.

Career before Snoika

Anton has spent his career building software companies and securing systems that governments and banks run on. He started his first software company at 21, while he was still at university. The companies he co-founded since then include a business-verification platform and 3D Control Systems.

Business verification

Anton co-founded Vespia, a business-verification platform. It handles Know Your Business (KYB) checks, which confirm that a company is who it says it is. Anton was its CTO and helped build the product, and Veriff acquired the company in February 2026.

3D Control Systems

Anton also helped start 3D Control Systems, the company behind 3DPrinterOS. That's a cloud platform for managing 3D printers, so the people who run them can control their machines remotely.

Security work

Before his own companies grew, Anton worked on security and e-government systems for Estonia and the European Commission. He also consulted for banks and insurers, where a data leak costs real money and real trust.

Papers, patents, talks

Anton publishes scientific research and holds patents in the fields he writes about. IEEE and ACM have published his papers. Springer has also published his work, and you'll find the full list on his Google Scholar page. His patents cover natural language processing (NLP) and blockchain, while others address cybersecurity and data protection. He has also spoken on the TEDx stage.

What Anton writes about

On snoika.com, Anton writes about how AI systems read content and what shapes a brand's AI visibility inside their answers.

AI search technologyHow AI assistants find sources and choose which ones to cite.
Natural language processingHow machines parse meaning in text, the subject behind several of his patents.
Data protection and cybersecurityWhat it takes to keep systems and personal data safe.
Cloud computingThe infrastructure that modern search and AI tools run on.
Product visionHow to decide what a product needs as the technology around it changes.

His author page lists every article he has written for the Snoika blog, and new pieces appear there automatically.

Why his articles are reliable

Anton writes about technology he has studied at the doctoral level and taught at a university. He has also shipped that technology in working products. When he explains how language models handle text, he's drawing on peer-reviewed research and his own patents in NLP. When he writes about data protection, he's drawing on years of securing government and banking systems, where mistakes have consequences.

Readers can check his papers on Google Scholar and his company history on LinkedIn and Crunchbase. With that record in mind, they can judge what Anton Vedeshin has to say about AI search.
