AI search visibility tool for tracking brand mentions

Buyers now ask ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews which vendor to pick, and they get an answer before they open your website. Snoika is an AI search visibility tool that shows, week by week, whether those answers name your brand and which pages they cite. It also compares your brand with the competitors those answers name. It's part of an all-in-one SEO platform with GEO (generative engine optimization) and AEO (answer engine optimization).

The same team runs the software and the services, and a human review layer checks the automated work. Snoika OÜ is based in Tallinn and was named to TechCrunch's 2026 Startup Battlefield 200. The first step is to run a free AI visibility checker on your own category and see where you stand today.

01

Brand mentions across AI engines

A brand mention is any AI answer that names your company in reply to a prompt a buyer would type. Snoika tracks these mentions in ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews, because that's where most AI search traffic goes. OpenAI CEO Sam Altman said in October 2025 that ChatGPT had reached 800 million weekly users.

A single answer tells you little, since AI answers change each time a question is asked again. SparkToro, the audience research company, found a less than 1-in-100 chance that ChatGPT or Google's AI would return the same brand list twice for the same prompt. Its researchers concluded that the useful number is how often you get recommended across many runs. That shapes how we track:

Weekly prompt sets

We run sets of prompts every week and count how often you're named across them.

Your own prompts

You generate them in the app from your content map or add your own.

Buyer language

Prompts read like real buyer questions in your category and don't simply repeat your brand name back to the model.

02

How Snoika monitors citations

For every prompt, every week, Snoika records which of your pages an answer cites and which third-party sources it cites. A mention shows that the model knows your name, while a citation identifies the page that convinced it, so you can improve or copy that page.

Your cited pages

Each answer is logged with the exact page of yours it cites.

Third-party sources

If a buyer prompt keeps citing one review site or one industry directory, that source shapes the answer more than your own homepage does.

Per-platform trends

You follow citation tracking trends across ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews and see whether a source gains ground on one engine while it fades on the other.

Weekly history

A citation that showed up for 6 straight weeks and then dropped tells you something changed.

Platforms Snoika covers

Snoika covers ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews first. Google CEO Sundar Pichai told investors in July 2025 that AI Overviews had reached 2 billion monthly users. Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT draw buyer traffic.

Two figures: Google AI Overviews had reached 2 billion monthly users in July 2025, and ChatGPT had 800 million weekly users in October 2025.

Priority engines

ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews are first on every paid plan, and the number of platforms you monitor grows with the plan you choose. Plans are on the pricing page. If your buyers mostly search on Google and use ChatGPT for research, those two engines cover the ground that matters most to them.

Claude matters if your buyers are developers or work in teams that use Anthropic's assistant. Our tracking puts ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews first, and the current platform list for each plan sits on the pricing page.

04

Share of voice in AI

Share of voice in AI is your share of brand mentions compared with named competitors. You name the competitors, and we count how often each brand shows up across the same weekly prompt set. That gives you a ratio you can compare from one week to the next, split two ways:

  • By prompt group. You might own the "pricing" prompts and barely show up on "alternatives to" prompts, the questions buyers ask late, when they're close to choosing.
  • By platform. A brand can lead in Google AI Overviews and trail in ChatGPT.

We measure across the full weekly prompt set rather than a handful of answers, because with a small sample a single answer can swing the ratio.

05

Sentiment across buyer prompts

Sentiment tracking distinguishes recommendations from neutral mentions of your brand and from criticism. We tag each tracked answer in one of three ways, so you see how the mix changes over time and not only the raw count:

Recommendation

An answer names you as the pick for a specific use.

Neutral mention

You appear in a list of 8 vendors with no comment, which is worth far less.

Criticism

A mention repeats an old complaint and can do harm.

This matters most on comparison prompts, where the model weighs options against each other. 3DPrinterOS reached #1 visibility in ChatGPT for industry-specific queries and turned AI search into a steady source of 3–4 qualified inbound leads/day. When criticism shows up, the cited sources sit next to it, because a model repeats something it found, such as an outdated review or a forum thread, and that source is what we fix.

06

Week-by-week position tracking

Snoika tracks your AI brand visibility in ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews week by week and shows each change against the week before. Your prompts come from your content map or from your own list, so the questions you track are the questions the content you publish tries to answer.

Content takes time to get crawled and picked up, so weekly tracking fits AI visibility changes better than a daily chart dominated by noise from answer randomness. Snoika's founder Anton Vedeshin reported to Startup Reporter 1StopVAT's move from 2.7% to 28.3% ChatGPT visibility in 16 weeks. You'd miss that curve in a single snapshot, while a side-by-side view of each week shows it.

From tracking to action

In Snoika, tracking doesn't stop at a dashboard: every gap it finds goes straight into the content map, then into content creation and visibility work in the same app.

Find the gap

A competitor gets cited on a prompt where you're missing.

Plan the page

That prompt becomes a planned page in your content map.

Write it

Content can be written in 135+ languages and regional variants, which matters when your share of voice differs by market.

Approve it

You review and approve each page in the dashboard before it goes live.

Publish it

Pages go live on your own domain through a DNS connection, with no migration and on any CMS.

Without this loop, a tracking report goes to a separate writer and sits unread.

08

Built for growth leads

Snoika's visibility reports are built for the person who has to show that AI visibility brings in pipeline. They show:

Mentions and citations

How published content changes them in ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews.

Share of voice

How it moves on those platforms.

Leads per page

Which pages bring leads, through the GA4 and Google Tag Manager lead tracking we set up.

During onboarding, we learn about your category, your buyers and your goals, and connect GA4, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager, plus your CMS when we publish pages. With those in place, a rise in mentions links to the sessions and conversions it produced.

For larger teams, Enterprise adds multi-brand management and executive dashboards. It also includes custom integrations and API access, with a 99.9% SLA guarantee, so your own reporting stack can pull visibility data without exports. Access is arranged on a call with our team.

FAQ

Snoika runs the same buyer prompts in ChatGPT every week and records how often the answers name your brand. Comparing week against week shows a trend, because a single answer can change between runs.

In Snoika, you name your competitors and we count how often each brand appears across the same weekly prompt set. Results are split by platform and prompt group, so you see where you lead and where rivals win.

Snoika tracks ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews first, and the number of platforms you monitor depends on your plan. The current platform list for each plan is on the pricing page.

Snoika keeps a weekly record of the exact pages each answer cites, for every prompt and platform. That history shows whether a source gains ground on ChatGPT while it fades on Google AI Overviews.

There's no fixed timeline, because content needs time to be crawled and picked up by AI engines. We compare weekly results for the prompts each new page targets, so you see when it starts to move.
